Mr. Freed
has been actively engaged in both the domestic and wastewater industry
for over 25 years. His credentials include the use of Trenchless
Technologies such as pipe bursting, horizontal directional drilling,
slip lining ect.. Mr. Freed has lent his expertise to aiding in
writing installation and qualification specifications, design build
projects, consulting, and assessment of pre-design and and emergency
projects. Currently, he holds a membership chair at the
Center for
Underground Infrastructure Research and Education at Michigan State
University and the University of Texas Arlington.
